RIPEMD 160 Hash

Use this tool to generate RIPEMD 160 hashes. You can either input a text, or create a hash over a local or remote file. Additionally it is possible to apply a key to the hash using the HMAC method.

Remote file to apply hash algorithm to (optional):

Enter a remote file url location of a file over which you want to calculate a hash here. If you want to calculate a hash over a local file or a text string then leave this field blank. The maximum file size is 100MB.

Local file to apply hash algorithm to (optional):

Select a local file from your harddisk over which you want to calculate a hash here. If you want to calculate a hash over a remote file or a text string then leave this field blank. The maximum file size is 100MB.

HMAC hash key (optional):

An option shared secret key used for generating the HMAC variant of the message digest.

Output format:

Hexadecimal (e.g. "aabbccddeeff0011")

Hexadecimal uppercase(e.g. "AABBCCDDEEFF0011")

Hexadecimal separated (e.g. ("aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff:00:11")

Hexadecimal separated uppercase (e.g. ("AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF:00:11")
